NLF tunic on e-stand

What do you guys think? I might take him up on his offer of some better pics. Its named and I find it interesting he said it came with a group of photos that appeared to show training. Isn't the patch on the left sleeve one for excelling in training or grades? I'm not sure.

Just a late war navy tunic. If it doesn't have hand written/inked name on interior then I'd bet insignias were added post war
