Yama****a's men in 1945?

I have had this negative grouping taken by US service at the end of the war showing Japanese troops surrendering. By the look of the civilians head wear I am thinking the Philipines. I think these are some rare images and hope you all enjoy them.

I just saw the language filter took out the four letters S H I T from the name of the commander of all Japapnese forces in the PI..

thanks guys. Glad you enjoyed them. I was surprised when I scanned them as the seller stated they were images of local island forces being trained by the US. Obviously not!
