    Two signed flags

Greetings, its been a while since I have found any out of the woodwork flags. These came from the grandson of the life long USMC Vet. today. He went on to complete several tours in Vietnam. Hopefully some additional info will be made available. Best, Bill Bourque

The dirtier looking one belonged to 澤村 Sawamura (Family name) 外治 Sotoji

The other belonged to a Naka-? I have a hard time making out the kanji on that one.

And they both have the usual "Prayers for eternal good fortune in battle".

Hello, thank you for your assistance. The darker flag is made of cotton I believe with a gauze like feel. Not sure what to make of the near complete confluent like darkness. The areas of darkness fade gently on the corner borders. Is it possible the darkness is somehow intentional? Best, BIll
