Help with Japanese sword markings

Guys,

Could someone help me with the markings on this tang. I believe the one side is Showa 1943. Is that correct? And the other side is the swordsmith? Any idea who he is? And the little one is the arsenal marking, correct?

Any help would be appreciated.

Here I am again guys asking for info on a sword for sale. Now is this one a machine made blade that was made during ww2? I have wanted a ww2 era IJ sword for yrs and have researched them but I admit I still have alot to learn. So sorry if I ask some stupid questions about these swords but im very green guys. Would this be a 100% original ww2 era sword all parts that is from the period? And in your opinion would this one be a nice sword for a first buy? Thanks guys for your help.
