Chinese translation? Flag

IS there anybody on this board that can read the writing on this flag? Seller claims its WWII vintage but who knows....

any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know any Chinese, but assuming the kanji have the same meanings as in Japanese, which they usually do, the larger 同盟勝利 is "Alliance Victory" or maybe "Allied Victory". No one can really be expected to read the smaller script from the photo provided.

This flag is a flag showing the Taiwan's logo. During WW2, Cheung Kai Shek's national army( today at Taiwan) joined hand in hand with Mao's communist army ( today mainland China) against the Japanese army. After the war end, Cheung fought against Mao but lost the control of Mainland China and retreated to Taiwan.
This flag, as I believe, was given to an American or European person to thank for his help( against Japanese?)
