Opinions on IJN flag

It looks like previous IJN rayed flags I've owned in the past. I don't like the fact it has no markings, but everything looks right about it to me. What do you guys think? Its a decent size, 5 ft x 7 ft. Its on eBay, overpriced imo. Good pre 1945 flag?

Hello JW:
Looks modern made to me, based on ray machine zig-
zag stitching, and header material without rope details.
My own preference is for hand & straight stitched types.
