IJA Helmet Opinions Requested

Thanks in advance for your help. I have been looking for a while for a decent helmet at a reasonable price and believe I have found it. However, I want to make sure I'm not missing something obvious as I'm very much the novice on Japanese items. Unfortunately, the photos aren't as detailed as we would all like to see. Rob
