      Winner trophy flag for a sporting event. Notice the Roman style baton? Impossible to guess vintage, as it can easily be post war, too.

        Thanks Nick, pretty sure its WWII vntage, came with some other WWII stuff. Wasn't sure if it was a going off to war banner or not. Thanks
