Note found in Tunic

I found this paper note in a pocket of a Japanese summer tunic.

Can someone please translate the note and maker mark if possible??

It seems the note is discussing latrines, a dojo (gym), paint, various units of measurements, and a forgery. Very interesting...


I got some help by a kind Japanese gentlemen on the translation.

Turns out the note is a shopping list from after the war. LOL
