2x 12'x9' Flags

Gentlemen,

looking for a little insight on the application of these two flags.

Both are roughly 12 inches x 9 inches, one piece construction, and one has remanents of a paper label and corner tabs.

ok, makes more sense. " = inches, ' = feet. I was thinking a 9 ft by 12 ft flag would be quite interesting!
