    Japanese watch?

    Hello, I just picked up this watch from an 11th Airborne veteran. Being that they were in Japan at the end of the war it may have been picked up by him in Japan. Any ideas?

    Looks more modern. If it's not marked on the back, opening up the back cover should give you some clues as to where it was made.

      not jpn regulation anyway. if the mechanism is seikosha, then maybe a civilian converted use. but looks more german to me...
