Looks like a good one to me ! I have a similar one like it, with the same chinstrap and not having the white gauze lining material too.

Aloha Bruno, sorry I'm not to good in reading Japanese but the top kanji might be for the size, 小 sho (small). My field cap doesn't have the kanjis under the liner like yours but has the 小 stamped into the liner.

Here's a website that sells oriental mannequin heads, Webster Displays. They sell very nice mannequins of all sizes to fit your needs. The one problem might be the high cost of shipping it overseas.
