Help with translation please!

Hello,

I've just bought a jacket with these tags in it?
I think it's a name or something.
Can somebody translate this for me ?

The orange kanji look like 白生平 or 日主平 or something else. The top kanji looks like 2 different ones and I can't be sure which, the second I can only guess at since it's not clear to me. The third looks like 平 but I'm not even 100% sure about that. I tried, but have to wait for someone better than me to look at it.

The other tag is a shop label for a tailor in the Ginza district of Tokyo.

Yes, Ginza is the high class shopping district of Tokyo.

The first photo you have is the store tag. Yes, it says "Ginza" which is in Tokyo. Officer's army uniforms were custom tailored so they can come from a wide variety of shops. The second photo with the orange stitching is the name tag. I thought it reads 白出平, but I don't know the name. I thought the orange stitching was a bit strange. I've never seen a tunic with such bold color as well as never seen a name tag stitched on in that fashion, so I was skeptical of it. I hope someone else can comment on that. Hit that stiching with a black light and tell me if it glows.

When the tunic and cap has arrived I will check it.
Does anyone knows that these officer tunics were made by a special tailor or just a tailor also for civilians ?

i have several uniforms of high ranking officers of the japanese army.
and in not one of them is the stitching as in your uniform. i d'ont say it is not good but ive never seen such one.

I don't think it is common (orange stitching) but I have seen it from time-to-time and other "bright" colors as well, e.g., red. Here is one of mine with orange stitching:

looks like a cupman job to me. low quality linner with a MG collar tab.

yes the name itself in bright colors is true i have also 2 names so. what i mean is the outside stitching of the nametab. in not one of my uniforms it is in the same color as the name.

I looked two photos carefully.
The first photo is 日出平, Hinodedaira? I think it is owners name.
The second photo is tailors label. 中支　九江　銀座屋　洋服店.
It says Chushi Kyuko Ginzaya Yohukuten.
It means Ginzaya tailors shop in Kyuko city in middle China.
Owner made this jacket in Chine.
