    Japanese wings and papers translation

    I need some help on these items there are in an album of a POW who was captured 1942 then released at the end of the war.

    CAn anyone ID the cloth wings and the paperwork?

        Top paper is something military related, picture is sideways and it's in a sort of cursive script that's hard enough for me to make out, more so at that image size. I'm sure a native Japanese reader could handle it, but I'm an amateur.

        Second one has in the bigger kanji that I can make out "證領受炭有" (except written right to left) "Certificate for receipt of charcoal" or something like that.

        Last one has a list of months from April to March of the next year on the top, and most of the rest is too hard for me to make anything out.
