does this belt look ok? The 30 stamps are throwing me for a loop, is this legitimate?

I would be very skeptical of this belt. The person selling this belt
has had other "multiple stamped" senninbari in the past and has come up
with seemingly awesome groupings focused around signed flags and belts several times over the past few years--so much so that red flags have popped up for me due to that frequency. Just my opinion.

It might ultimately be the case that the belt itself is OK, but it has been doctored up with the stamps post war.
