Help with Awards please

Here are two awards that I picked up with a bunch of stuff recently. I wondered if anyone could tell me what they are. Many thanks in advance.

the bottom one has 303 on the reverse and the same numbers on the side of the box with a purple ink Z

Any help in identifying these would be greatly appreciated

Both are from Buddhist organisations at Higashihonganji Temple. No clue about vintage.

Does any one have any views on vintage? The enamel box looks pretty old, the silk lining is very fragile.

The Higashihonganji Temple Administration Foundation, whose membership badge is the second badge, was established in 1912 and exists today. So these are from anywhere between those two dates.
