Ive been offered this, but it is way out of my collecting knowledge. Seller claims he found it in a raincoat and has had enough translated that he says it is Okinawa fortification plans. What do you guys think? Im a little skeptical of the fire damage along the edges. If its legit its got to be worth quite a bit, but Ive been at this too long to get my hopes up. If real, any idea on price?
