Japanese Navy binoculars?

Hello forum...

I bought these at a local gun show and was wondering if they are naval and for a rough idea as to value.

I see a small anchor stamped on the spine of the binoculars. They seem fairly decent. A little cloudy on the lens and some imperfections like "snowflakes" on the glass. One on each of the lens.

I never had this style before.

WWII Japanese binoculars for cannoneer use

most I've owned had a range finder scale in one lense. They're usually for ship or land use. Going to hurt not having lense filters,shoulder strap on case and neck strap on binoculars.
