Japanese Navy Sleeve Insignia, pre-WWII.

Hello all,


I need help for identifying sleeve insignia and buttons of tunic in this pic. The sailor in photo is brother of my great-grandfather, he is displaying the following awards.

- Order of the Sacred Treasure 7º class
- Order of the Rising Sun 8º Class
- The 1914-15 War Medal
- WW1 Inter-Allied Victory Medal (japanese version)

Being handed the medals after 1920 and my great grandfather came with a picture to Brazil in 1932, so it is a uniform worn enter wars. The uniform model is Petty Officer, but which class?














There are a lot of time looking for this information!!!

Its near impossible too see what it is.But my guess : 1 class paymaster.
