Huge Flag in Footlocker

Hey guys,
I went to a local gun show here this weekend and found this 10' X 6' flag. I found more interest in the footlocker with all of the vet's writing on it. I don't know much about what I have here so any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hopefully someone here will be kind enough to translate it for you, it's sometimes hit and miss though but there are a few great guys here that can translate it, hopefully one of them chimes in for you.
