Japanese flag

Hello guys, that's my first post in the Japanese militaria forum.
I had the chance to visit Japan during the summer and with the occasion of a couple of flea markets, i got a silk flag that looks very nice to me.
It has many writings on, and i believe it is a good luck flag, am i right?
Can anyone help me to read some of the Kanji?
In this case it would be just great, many thanks in advance,

I think the large bold character at the top says "loyalty". The rest are written as if they are peoples names?? I am only learning, so others may know bettter.
