Toku Yoko 96
An esteemed Japanese colleague has graciously provided the translation:
Toku Yoko 96.
I presume this confirms this helmet as an SNLF helmet, as it translates to Special Yoko(suka) 96. Anyone know anything more about that designation? The helmet is battleship grey overpainted with tan. I will post pictures later.
