I love the nobori, first time I see one with surrounded red kanji at the bottom of the second name. Is it because I haven't seen a lot of nobori yet or is it realy unusual?

I am not sure about the Red kanji,I am still learning about these.

The Red Hanko is nothing special. It says "Dedicated by" the person whose name is above it.
