Kanji Battle Flag Opinions

Hi guys,would like to hear some opinions on this flag.Its been said that the markings are soldiers names?

I don't like the kanji. Aside from the characters looking made up it looks to all be in the same hand. Not my area at all though.

Here is another one I am not sure what its represents anyone have an idea?

OK I figured it out Thanks to Mikes Book.
Its says Celebrate your going to the front and I pray your Military fortunes are long lasting.

Scott is correct on the first flag. The kanji were not written by a Japanese person. It's a fake.
