I have recently added this banner to my collection, i would like to know if someone could tell me what is written on it and also tell me what you think about it !

any thougts on the kanjis ?

Sorry Yan, there are often 3 kanjis wich mean "Congratulation for being enlisted / goign to the front" on the top of nobori, maybe the only sentence I'm able to check in japanese, but it's not the case here. I dont have a clue for the name of the owner and who give it to him.

Nice well preserved banner anyway.
