Help with info on two IJN ships

HI all.

I recently purchased two ship photos from the Meiji period to add to my collection and am trying to find information on them. the ships names are kashima and yashima (well that’s the names I was given when I got them), I have copies of the photo's if someone can post them for me. bo0th look like battleships to me but I’m not 100% sure any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Guys, I've just noticed I put the wrong ship name down it's not the Kashima (鹿島) but the Kasama (カサマ) . I must have been thinking of the Yashima when I wrote it down (i'm suffering from Jat lag at the moment).

The Yashima will go nicly with my Misaka Tally and the petty officer photo I have. These will look grate in a frame.
