Gas Mask Translations

If the experts could help me on these 2 lines of text and box tag, I will love you very much.
I posted this on another forum, but no answers.

Each line of text is from a post card with men wearing gas masks.
The tag is from what I think is a gas mask box?

Also, what is the Japanese character for "gas mask"? or "air mask" or "protective mask" in the chemical sense?

Or you could post it before translation in order for the kind translator to have context. Your comment appears to suggest that you won't share the full photo unless someone does a free translation job for you.

Did I 'freak'? I'm not sure my measured response could be taken as freaking, however you define that word. It's just that when you ask people you don't know to do something that you cannot do yourself, a bit of courtesy is required. That's all. Writing that you won't post the full photo until you get a translation--and then saying that photo would be a gift--is hardly courteous.

PS Online dictionaries are available. And they are free, no politeness required.
