        RIKU is abbreviation of army, OKUDA is soldier name or place name.
        Probably, RIKU OKUDA means "japanese army soldier OKUDA" ,helmet owners name.

          Has the helmet been coated with something? Interior dome looks right but the rest...? Also can you post a close up of star insignia? Star should match shell color.

              陸奥田 is actually read "Mutsuda", the owner guy's family name.
