Translation Request for this Navy Pilot

    Greetings all,
This is one of my newer shots I aquired. I was wondering if someone could help me out with the kanji. He has his name tag on his breast pocket that has what looks like one kanji character as well as more kanji on his flight gloves. The back is also written in kanji. Thanks for any assistance is the translation of this picture. Hopefully I can ID him. Hope yall enjoy the picture!
    Kind Regards,Michael

that's some pretty "freehand"/cursive writing. need a native speaker, way beyond my abilities. sorry.

I'll take a shot, though I'm not a native speaker... The names on his glove and on the reverse appear to be Sasanuma 笹沼. The first two columns on the reverse are certainly an address, but I cannot see the kanji clearly. What I think I can see is this: [??] 郡 大山田 [ね?] 小砂20番地.

The third column is his name, but again, the kanji are unclear. 笹沼 [?昌] The 2nd kanji in his personal name is usually read 'masa.'

The breast pocket is also unclear, but the first kanji may be faded or at least not visible in the light. The visible one could certainly be 沼 (numa), but I cannot be sure.

      Cheers, Rich

I think his name is 笹沼英昌. Hidemasa Sasanuma(or Hideaki Sasanuma).
His address is 大山田村小砂20番地. Ohyamata village Koisago 20.
          I research japanese map,
