Hi,
I just got this.Is it a put together item? Nlf ????Its not black/dark blue ,but green brown???
It dosnt glow.

Never seen a green petty officers cap like that. It could be a post war cap with added chinstrap & insignia OR an late war variation. I find the wear around the chinstrap buttons odd. Might indicate it was added?

Looks like a civillian (attached to military) visor cap. The naval black band looks post-war added as do the buttons and later war naval insignia.
