Winter Jackets??

Last month I bought a grouping of items from a vetern. Among the items were two waist length jackets lined with fur.
I think these are winter jackets. Would this be correct,or do I have something else here?

I can't recall seeing or hearing of any army combat short, fur lined jackets. There was a fur lined winter tankers jacket with pile collar, a long cold weather coat with detachible sleeves and short fur lined flight jackets. Best to post a photo.

I'm wondering if these are overcoats rather than jackets. They have rabbitt skin collars and are lined with some kind of long fur.
They are not as long as a US overcoat,but between waist and knee length.

they could be cut down pilot flight suits. see that very often.
