1. I just picked this up recently i think its a showa blade the number 3 is stamped on the tsuba
the blade is (24 1/4 inches long)
can anyone translate this sword thank you for the help as always

Right-on Steve, on the translation and your feel on what it is.
Would have expected a bit more better blade from the pierced tsuba and the cool saya finish.
