Japanese Camera

I recently picked up a rather large PTO vet bring back grouping of Japanese items. This camera was among the group, just wondering if someone can help put a value on it. I plan on listing it for sale on the estand .Thanks.

First for me. Any military stamps (anchor etc) or markings? could just be a private purchased camera.

Upon closer examination with a 10 power loop I can see the word Germany on it so it was a camera made for export. It is also marked Picollette Contessa Nettel.
