    Help on Japanese helmet

I ask for help on this one.
I was so interested in translation that unfortunately I forgot to make a photo of the helmet outside (you can tell me silly, if you want...). This one had no emblem, all holes were riveted (I think there were 4 rivets – 2 legs per rivet and washer inside as German helmets have, liner is weak material type like civil defense helmets. I assure you that rivets were all original. I wish you can understand the text because I took photos with a mobile telephone. I have the doubt if this can be a M 18 “Arsenal” helmet, 1st. model or any other type of 20’s, 30’s...
I inform that the helmet didn’t have the cherry tree flower on the dome.
The subject is: according the japan text written inside is this one the classical
Civil defense helmet, our could this one be an Army one pre 2nd. WW?
As I told you, no emblem or badge on the front, was it common on Japanese prewar helmets with this liner?
I suppose answer depends on the text written on the shell and liner.
Please let me know as tomorrow the seller comes back home far from me.
    Lots of thanks in advance

Not an early helmet. This is a typical late war civilan defense helmet with that style liner.

Just the name and address of the civilian, nothing special.
