Japanese Boots?

Hello,

a new edition to my very humble collection. Are those correct WW2 Japanese boots? There is the
number "107" punched on the upper part of each boot. Any idea what this could be?

I had to take the pictures indoors, colours are slightly of.

Standard Japanese WWII Army Issue boots.... the 107 number on the side indicates the size of the boots. David.
