    Civil badge...what the heck is it?

    Does anyone recognize this pin? It's very small, only about 5/8" in diameter and appears to be made of some type of plastic or lightweight pot metal.

    Eric, that Kanji reads "Sanno (山王)" over the anchor. Could be some maritime training facility but really not sure of it's orgin.

      This is one of about 100 that were in a can similar to the film canister you'd translated for me a couple of months ago.
