Japanese plane instrument gauge

hey...i have this instrument gauge...im thinking its a twin engine bomber rpm gauge but not sure...thoughts? thnx

I think I found it: dual electronic tachometer, model 2 kai 2, used in the Emily and possibly made by Yokogawa Denki Seisakusho.
