Ron I've never seen a type 99 (kiska) grenade with a yellow stripe or a red painted top. They are always just black & if your lucky you can find one with a paper label around body.

Not mine but here is an example with the paper label. I have not seen one with a yellow stripe either. Regardless tough one to find these days.
