Japanese flag with pure jibberish?

Hello everyone,
Here is a link to a flag currently running on e-bay. I tried to copy the pictures, but they are protected by the picture hosting site. If anyone knows how to do this, please add them! Anyway, this flag looks comical to me. It appears to be complete nonsense in what the writer thought looked like Japanes??? Am I wrong, or is this flag good for a big laugh??
