Masaki Sakagawa, was a worker in the navy's Kure arsenal, and his colleagues in the dormitory presented this as a send-off gift to him. The words of presentation was written by a navy sub lieutenant and one of his colleagues is signing with his dept. name, Kure Arsenal Turret Equipment Dept.
