Naval Japanese Helmet-Is this a good one?

Im new on the whole helmet collecting and I stumbled upon this one. To my untrained eyes it looks ok,but something in my stomach says stay away. What do you guys think?

F.I. it's been mentioned too many times on these boards but I'll say it again ONLY ARMY HELMETS HAVE WHITE PAINTED SIZE MARK on rear interior rim. It will be either small or large & a single kanji character.
