    Japanese Aviation Part Box,I think....

Ok guys so this one is quit interesting. This was colelcting by my father in early 1970 in upstate new york. When he saw it he was with his buddy and they were teens and scrounged up all there money as the inside was filled with Knee Mortars(many were not inert). As you can see on the side is the name JJ CEBULA.

What so nuts is I just started collecting and on the way to a family evenT we stoped in a small antique shop and I saw this US unfirom groupings with tons of paper work....WELLLLLL would you like to know the name of the soldier...it was John J Cebula!!! My father was in shock when he showed me the box when we got home. Cebula was with the 111TH Infatry regiment and fought on Kwajalen and in the Marshalls....as many know Kwajalen was an important Air Strip for the Japanese....My dad had this translated in mid 70s by his college proffesor..and told my father that it was an aviation parts....

Well i thought id share this neat piece of history and a cool little link that brought me and my father pretty close as these two items were our first real item we collected.

Any information or translation or anything about the box would be great. Thanks for reading guys.

The printed sheet says at the top 'Wireless Communication Machine.' The list shows different parts.
The blue plate says 'Made at [Shimizu?] City Factory' and then an address.

    Cheers, Rich

To be more specific, the case contained accessories for the rectifier (AC-DC convertor) used with aviation radios, consisting of case-frames to hold the rectifier & transformer, cable for connecting the two, output cables, battery cables, cables to connect rectifier to radio (3 sets depending on radio type) and 6 fuses.
