Helmet translation help needed

My first post here
Can somebody help me with translating what is written inside my Japanese
helmet?

(Inside Shell) I think this is: "Miyaschita"


(Liner) Here i am not sure. On the left side "Miyaschita" + ?
Right side: "West 18954 unit" or something like this?

The name is Miya****a. The 2nd picture says 'Nishi 18954 Unit, Miya****a Yoshimoto.' Nishi could be translated as 'west,' but it is also a ciommon family name. So it could be a unit commander's name. Cheers, Rich
