Peter, would be helpful if we could see photos of the two interior ink block stamps. From these photos it looks like an unissued, mint, surplus, original tunic that's had original rank tabs likely added post war. The bandoleer is Chinese/Vietnamese from 1960's - 70's.

$75. - $125. I'm fairly certain since there is no hand inked owners name/info on interior that the original collar tabs were added on post war.
