This one is rather long with a long handle. It has a late war iron suba and the handle is covered in brown leather just like the scabbard. Have any of you had swords with the handle covered in leather?

cutting edge up
its a foul weather cover, most are missing the handle leather cover that went with the leather saya cover. Please remember to keep the cutting edge up on all your Japanese swords. The mune or top edge non cutting is made for the blade to be pulled in and out of the saya.Comment
