I hope I am not causing anyone disappointment to collectors here...the wordings on both the box cover and slip are written in chinese. Here's the translation:

Cover: Wounded Solider Medal (literally: Solider - Wound - Medal)

Slip (am translating the meaning):
Instructions on care and wearing of medal
1. In order to maintain the condition of the medal and painted surface, do not perform strenuous exercises while wearing.
2. Prevent knocking the medal against hard objects.
3. Use soft cleaning cloth while cleaning the medal.
4. Do not use salt water or soap water to clean.
