Ebay Repro Japanese Helmet question

Hi everyone!
Im new to japanese reenactment, Ive got all of the kit and on a daily tour of ebay I found this helmet: http://cgi.ebay.com/WWII-Japanese-TY...742.m153.l1262 . Please could anyone tell me what this is? It claims it is a type 90 helmet but it looks more like a civil defence helmet to me?
