Type 100, 81mm mortar rd. ?

Hello, Im unable at this time to get a reasonable idea of the value on this piece. Its in overall great condition. Ive searched and have only found restored similar pieces in the $100 range. Im aware that asking this question is abit unprofessional but I have tried. Any assistance is much appreciated. Regards Bill Bourque

I saw one in very similar condition -less paint, better fuse top-at a California gun show 5 months ago. He was asking $120.
