Any idea what the two seperate markings on a Navy Flare belt says? Thanks in advance.

There are 18 pockets. Here is the belt buckle with the Navy anchor and inspector mark.

I have identical model with kanji for a famous navy destroyer. Perhaps yours is ship marked as well. Would be interesting.

I thought the second stamp referred to the number of flares as it says "8 series special", but doesn't seem to be the case. The character after 8 also is used in the word Regiment. The first stamp says aviation 10. The kanji is an abbreviation for aviation.
