I have looked through all of my books and have only came up with one photo of a two piece insignia early naval cap. Anybody that has photos or an actual cap would you please post the photos.

I Know your looking for pics of the Early NLF Field Caps but this is the type used by both Naval and NLF Sailors early in the China Campaign. Enjoy. David & all this early blue cap was worn by both officers & enlistedmen. The green wool caps with two piece insignias are depicted in many photos. I think maybe even some you posted from your album? My guess is they didn't hold up well & were replaced. They are THE rarest field cap.Comment

Beautiful. I don't have any kids, but I'll go out and have one to trade off if you're interested! If you have time, it would be nice to see a close-up shot of the material and anchor.
